This is actually a teacher site, but it gives good explanations of these topics. There are also links at the bottom to other sites.
Plug in your numbers to practice with functions.
This is a cool function machine with some challenging outputs!
Learn about different types of functions.
Read the explanations. Then answer the problems in your math journal. There's also a worksheet for this. Click Worksheets on the left, and look in Pre Algebra.
Now that you understand functions, learn to graph them.
Math B, Unit 2. Use the sites on negative exponents (pay attention to any number with an exponent of zero simplifying to 1. Know the difference between the distributive, associative, and commutative properties, and how to solve inequalitied. There are Brainpops on all of these. In Math B Unit 5, there are sites for functions and linear equations. There are also Brainpops on these.
Scroll down to the secone story to better understand how slope on a line graph can be used to tell a story.
This site is great for practicing the addition of positive and negative integers. Follow each direction step at the top carefully, and you'll get a very good visual representation of how these problems work. Use this with your 12-1 practice sheet.
Play a fun game to practice solving equations.
Read the explanations, then do the problems in your math journal.
This is the subtraction site that goes with the addition one before it. Use it with your practice sheets for 12-2. See more integer sites on Math B Unit 2.
